Came in Chester to relax and have fun, this pet-friendly hotel was easy base for doing it. I enjoyed that it was next door to Holiday Inn bus station. All the staff were consistently courteous! Reasonable continental breakfast - outstanding selection.

Absolutely brilliant place, warm breakfast, average rooms. Liked the downstairs bar. The hotel was so close to city centre etc and bus too thanks to its decent location. We had friendly check-in on arrival. We had an amazing time.
Shame the bathroom was poor.

Booked it for 1 day and had a wonderful experience. Its staff and service were a plus that's why I enjoyed the place. Lighting was natural. There also was handy parking and brilliant pool. At 0.5 km distance from the airport.
